Getting started
What devices does Sitewise support?
Sitewise runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later. iPad and web are on the roadmap; if you'd find them useful, tell us.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email + password. Your account is portable across reinstalls; sign out and back in to move to a new device.
What does Sitewise cost?
Free during the launch period. We'll give existing accounts plenty of notice before any paid plans turn on.
Captures & reports
How do I add a photo, voice note, or sketch?
Inside a project, tap the capture button and pick photo, voice, sketch, or text. Each capture lands in the project timeline with a timestamp and, if you've granted location, a GPS pin.
What report formats can I export?
PDF or DOCX, plus a shareable email bundle. Tap Export on the project, choose a format, and email or AirDrop from the iOS share sheet.
Offline & sync
Does Sitewise need a signal to work?
No. Captures save locally and queue for upload. Voice transcripts run on-device. The moment you're back on cell or Wi-Fi, everything syncs in the background.
Where are my files stored?
Captures live on your iPhone and on Sitewise's Cloudflare-hosted storage in the United States. Reports you export are yours to share with whoever you choose.
Account & privacy
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. We permanently remove your profile, projects, and media within 30 days.
Do you train AI on my captures?
No. Your captures are not used to train any model. They're stored to run the product for you and the recipients you share reports with.
